You will be approved (or not) by an admin of the group. Right now the admins are some of the MLPOA board of directors and and the Facebook admin. In order to be approved, the person must be an owner or a family member of an owner and must answer 3 questions. 

1. Which Lot Do You Own? (Lot 112)

2. Have you read the Rules and Regulations? (https://manorlands.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/RULES-AND-REGULATIONS-with-Fire-Reg-Change-2018.pdf)

3. Have you signed up on manorlands.org to receive blog post notifications and the Newsletter notice? 
Number 3 is not mandatory, but is helpful in keeping owners notified. 
You may have been added without answering these questions, but the current board of directors would like to make this mandatory.
